Foreside had demonstrated a proven ability to execute acquisitions, and management was seeking a strategic partner to accelerate platform growth, support investments in technology, and expand its service footprint across asset classes.

• Market Trends: We identified compelling tailwinds in the GRC solutions space: rising regulatory complexity across all investment management categories, increasing outsourcing of compliance and statutory distribution functions by asset managers, and a highly fragmented competitive landscape that created an opportunity for consolidation.

In addition, the organic growth profile more than doubled from the time of our investment to exit.
