Andrew Ramos

Andrew Ramos was named as the CISO Advisor to Lovell Minnick in 2024 as an independent consultant and cybersecurity, technology strategy and process leader. He is also the founder and owner of InTi Solutions, a technology and cybersecurity solutions provider focused on business enablement, process maturity, solution development and service delivery. Lovell Minnick has brought on Andrew, in a strategic and advisory capacity, to serve our entire Portfolio in areas of cybersecurity and due diligence. In addition to this, the CISO Advisor function will help augment portfolio companies by working closely with key leaders to identify cybersecurity gaps and guiding the appropriate remediation recommendations.

With over 25 years of experience, Andrew has held leadership transformation roles overseeing small and large teams of technology professionals responsible for delivering value-based technology solutions which securely accelerate business growth and enable operational efficiencies. Andrew is a change agent, confident wading into any challenge but a humble and empathetic leader who is well served by a thoughtful and analytical approach to problem solving. He places emphasis on leadership collaboration, team dynamics and cultivating potential in people and partnerships. Best known for his tenacity, Andrew is quick to establish a vision and purpose for under-performing projects, programs or teams and reinforcing that vision with purpose and consistency. Prior to his current role at Lovell Minnick, Andrew served in cybersecurity and technology leadership roles spanning several industries, including Manufacturing, Managed Services, Managed Security Services, Federal Government, Higher Education, Insurance, Healthcare and Fintech.

In his most recent role, Andrew served as the technical and cybersecurity leader for a company owned by the largest Healthcare system in the Carolinas. Leading a team of over 45 professionals, Andrew helped to modernize the organization utilizing automation, best-in-breed technology solutions and co-led the implementation of a multi-million dollar claims processing platform. Andrew was responsible for developing the company’s cybersecurity program from inception, obtaining board buy-in and developing a NIST-based, executive-owned model which was centered on data integrity and safeguarding of client assets. Shortly after this role, Andrew ventured back into consulting serving in a fractional capacity for organizations needing CISO/CIO leadership.
