Brenda’s healthcare finance and RCM experience spans over four decades, during which she has successfully led large healthcare revenue cycle operations through strategic planning, growth initiatives, process automation and transformation, global workforce integration, and M&A. Currently, she operates as an independent advisor and board member in the healthcare RCM sector. Her expertise encompasses working with both for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare entities, including publicly traded and privately held companies. As an independent advisor, Brenda evaluates the operations of potential healthcare RCM companies for Lovell Minnick and collaborates with executive teams to identify operational opportunities.\r\n\r\nPreviously, Brenda held the position of CEO of Savista RCM after the separation of nThrive in 2021. She served as the President of Service Solutions at nThrive, where she focused on process automation, globalization, and workforce virtualization. Brenda’s career at HCA spanned over 34 years, during which she held the role of CEO of (HCA) Parallon’s Shared Service Center in Atlanta, GA, for 18 years.
