Cody joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick in 2019 as Legal and Compliance Associate and in 2023 was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer & Counsel. Prior to Lovell Minnick, he spent six years with Concierge Compliance (fka Swayze LLC) most recently as Senior Compliance Consultant, responsible for creating and implementing compliance programs and assisting with legal matters for numerous investment advisor clients.
Cody received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and his JD, Cum Laude, from Temple University's Beasley School of Law.
