
Emily Waver
Director of Administration
Emily joined Lovell Minnick in 2017 as an Executive Assistant in the New York City office and was promoted to Office Manager in 2019. In 2026, she was named Head of Administration. In this role, Emily provides strategic administrative support to senior leadership, managing complex scheduling, communications, and logistics while serving as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Prior to joining Lovell Minnick, Emily served as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Venor Capital Management and previously at Stanfield Capital Partners.
Emily is an elected Trustee of the Dumont, New Jersey Board of Education.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Millikin University and a Master’s degree in Childhood Education from Hunter College.
