John Mathew

John Mathew joined Lovell Minnick in September 2025 as a Vice President of Value Creation, based in the New York office. Prior to Lovell Minnick, he was a Vice President in Portfolio Solutions at Lightyear Capital, where he led initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and strategy for financial services portfolio companies.

Previously, John was a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager at Mainsail Partners and held consulting roles with Oliver Wyman and Parthenon-EY, advising private equity and corporate clients on strategic investments, growth strategies, and market expansion. He holds a B.A. in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia.
