John (JP) joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick as an Associate in 2016, was named Senior Associate in 2018, Vice President in 2021, and Principal in 2024. Prior to Lovell Minnick, JP was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, aiding in the evaluation and execution of over 30 transactions including public and private capital raises, sell-side and buy-side M&A, fairness opinions, and valuation opinions. Prior to that, he was a Buy-Side Equity Research Summer Analyst with AlphaOne Capital Partners.
JP received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
