John (JP) joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick as an Associate in 2016, was named Senior Associate in 2018, Vice President in 2021, and Principal in 2025. Prior to Lovell Minnick, JP was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Janney Montgomery Scott, where he worked on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, and debt and equity financings. Prior to that, he was a summer Analyst with AlphaOne Capital Partners.
JP received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
