As an independent consultant,  Marshall will assist Lovell Minnick in all aspects of investments and operations. \r\n\r\nMarshall was a Senior Partner at BCG and McKinsey where he focused on all manner of Financial Services and Private Equity.  He was also Chief Risk Officer for Chase, managing risk for the largest consumer bank in the US. \r\n\r\nMarshall serves as an independent member of various Boards including Mphasis, a leading provider of Information Technology to Banking, Insurance, Health Care, Travel, and other sectors; Flagstar; and Guardian Life Mutual Funds. He also works as an advisor for several leading technology firms, including SecurityScorecard and WorkFusion.\r\n\r\nMarshall is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Kennedy School at Harvard University, researching and lecturing on financial regulation, and is also a fellow at Georgetown University’s Psaros Center for Financial Markets and Policy.\r\n\r\nBecause of Marshall’s operating company experience in the financial services industry, in addition to his activities for Lovell Minnick, he may from time to time serve as an independent portfolio company board or management member.\r\n\r\nMarshall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.\r\n\r\n*Value Creation Team Members are independent contractors that are advisors to Lovell Minnick and portfolio companies of Lovell Minnick.
