Associate
Matt joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick as an Associate in 2025. Prior to Lovell Minnick, he was an Investment Banking Associate in the Leveraged Finance department with Goldman Sachs where he worked on sell-side leveraged buyout transactions and financing.
Matt received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University.
