Nick Rutkowski

Nick joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick as an Associate in 2023. Prior to Lovell Minnick, he was an Investment Banking Associate in Technology with D.A. Davidson & Co., where he worked on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Previously, Nick was a Senior Analyst with PNC Financial Services Group.
Nick received his Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
