Padman Perumal

Padman Perumal was named as an Advisor to Lovell Minnick in 2025, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across fintech, enterprise SaaS, and global financial services. As a senior advisor and venture investor, Padman supports PE-backed middle-market businesses in financial services and fintech with strategy, go-to-market execution, product development, and operational scale. As an independent consultant, Padman will assist Lovell Minnick in all aspects of investment activity. In particular, he advises on wealth management and wealth management technology.

Most recently, Padman served as CEO of Masttro Global Corporation, a global wealth tech platform, where he led the company through a 5x ARR growth journey, secured its first institutional capital, and scaled the business to serve a growing base of institutional and enterprise clients. He built a high-performing executive team, institutionalized operations, and launched a commercial engine that drove consistent market share and revenue growth.

Prior to Masttro, Padman held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Credit Suisse, where he led large-scale digital transformation, strategy, and client experience initiatives across wealth management and commercial banking. At JPMorgan, he built and led the Commercial Bank’s transformation office, delivering a $120M cross-line-of-business platform modernization program and redesigning client onboarding to support the acquisition of 1,000+ new middle-market clients annually. At Credit Suisse, he served as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy and Platforms for Private Banking Americas, where he helped modernize the platform and drive strategic growth initiatives that contributed to significant performance improvements across a business supporting over $200B in client assets.

Padman holds a BS in Physics from the University of Madras and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
