He has led teams across finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, IT, and marketing as well as customer success, account management, implementation, professional services and support.  He has worked with public and PE-backed software, tech-enabled services, and payments companies, ranging from $20 million to $1 billion in revenue.  Throughout his career, he has contributed to more than 20 successful exits.\r\n\r\nHis executive leadership includes serving as COO of PrimePay, COO of AbacusNext, and CFO/COO of Zephyr – driving SaaS transformations, accelerating revenue & EBITDA growth, expanding margins, improving customer retention & satisfaction, and preparing each of the companies for a successful exit.  \r\n\r\nEarlier in his career, Robb was a Managing Director of Vista Consulting Group, establishing its finance and corporate services practice while advising CFOs, CIOs, and CHROs across Vista Equity Partners’ portfolio. He also served as CFO at Greenway Health and as CFO/COO of Agilysys. He began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.\r\n\r\nRobb holds a B.S. in Accounting from Elizabethtown College with a minor in Political Science.
