Roumi Zlateva
Principal, Head of Capital Markets
Roumi joined the New York office of Lovell Minnick in 2017, was named Principal in 2022, and was promoted to Head of Capital Markets in 2026. Prior joining Lovell Minnick, Roumi was a Director in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS, providing strategic advice and transaction support to clients in the financial services sector. Previously, she was an Associate at Oak Hill Capital Partners and an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Morgan Stanley.
In 2023, Roumi was named to GrowthCap’s Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing.
Roumi earned her Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
