Scott Shebelsky
Partner, Chief Financial Officer
Scott joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick in 2016. He was named Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and was promoted to Partner in 2026. Scott is responsible for the firm’s finance and various operational functions. He joined Lovell Minnick from Preferred Sands, where he served most recently as Director, Corporate Development. His responsibilities included driving the company’s overall M&A and corporate strategy, and management of the Tax, Treasury, and Risk Management functions. Scott is a CPA and a former Senior Consultant with Deloitte Tax.
Scott earned his Master in Taxation (LL.M) from the Villanova School of Law, his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
