Spencer joined Lovell Minnick in 2016 and was named Principal in 2024, based in our New York office. Prior to Lovell Minnick, Spencer was an Investment Banking Associate with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, and previously held summer intern Analyst positions at Stifel Nicolaus and Trilantic Capital Partners.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude, from Middlebury College.
