Tim joined the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick in 2018 and is a Partner of the firm and member of its ESG Committee. He was previously with Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where he served as a Partner in its Corporate Finance and Acquisition Group for nearly a decade. Tim contributes to Lovell Minnick’s strong financial and business services experience, having represented companies in those industries while in private practice on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions/divestitures, recapitalizations, and equity and debt financings, as well as compliance and corporate governance matters.
Tim earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and received his J.D from Harvard Law School.
